Auction Terms & Conditions: All lots offered are described and are sold on a where-is, as-is basis with Brian D. Enterline Auctioneer offering no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied. All items are sold where-is, as-is. Any description issued by the auctioneer of an article to be sold is subject to variation to be posted or announced verbally in the auction room (if applicable) prior to the time of sale. While the auctioneer has endeavored not to mislead in the description issued, and the utmost care is taken to ensure the correct cataloging of each item, such descriptions are purely statements of opinion and are not intended to constitute a representation to the prospective purchasers and no warranty of the correctness of such description is made.

The auctioneer acts solely as an agent for the consignor and makes no representation as to any attribute of, title to, or restriction affecting the articles consigned for sale.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. You are strongly encouraged to ask questions and/or request additional photos prior to bidding. In the case of a disputed bid, our sale record shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and our auctioneers may also, at their election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or online bids as a convenience to clients, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 21% PAYMENT: Payment is due by Wednesday following the auction.

FAILURE TO PICK UP OR ARRANGE FOR SHIPMENT OF ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ITEMS WITH NO REFUNDS!
