Taxes:
Pennsylvania Residents are required to pay 6.0% sales tax.

Buyer's Premium: A Buyer's premium amounting to 25% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 25% premium on top of the winning bid price.

PA SALES TAX: ALL PENNSYLVANIA STATE RESIDENTS AGREE TO PAY 6.0% SALES TAX.
