Payment Methods:
We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Liability:
Halcyon Days Estate Sales and the homeowners accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property during the sale.
Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
As-Is Condition:
All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Pricing:
Prices are non-negotiable during the sale hours unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts may be applied on the final day of the sale at our discretion.
Item Removal:
Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff cannot assist with lifting or loading items.
Entry and Access:
Entry to the sale may be limited based on the size of the property and the number of attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Security:
For the safety and security of all, large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection.
Surveillance cameras may be in use during the sale.
Conduct:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Signage and Directions:
Please follow all signage and directions provided by Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff while on the property.
Parking:
Attendees must not block driveways or access points.
Announcements:
Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previous advertisements or announcements.

This is one of those sales where you’re not just walking through—you’re searching.
Every room has something different, and the deeper you go, the more you’ll find. There are also plenty of smaller items throughout the house—the kind of things you don’t come in looking for, but end up leaving with. If you like putting together a pile, you’ll have fun here.
Featured items include:
• Vintage Tonka trucks
• Vintage board games (including APBA Major League Baseball)
• Thimble collection with display cabinet
• Golfing equipment & fishing poles
• Vintage electronics (VCR, cassette player, and more)
Beyond that, you’ll find a wide mix of household items, furniture, décor, garage items, and plenty still to uncover.
There’s far more here than what’s pictured—come ready to dig.
Also, there’s another sale just minutes away the same days, making this a great stop to pair with others in the area.
A few quick reminders:
• Please be respectful of the home and items
• Bring help for larger purchases
• No early entry

*Street parking on a slow road. Be careful parking as the grass is uneven in certain spots. There may be a couple spots available in the driveway that is removed from the house.
*Entry will be at the 2nd door add you walk up the sidewalk along the side of the house.
