Cash, Credit & Venmo Accepted. Everything must be taken same day or arranged at point of sale for pickup. All items sold in as-is condition. No refunds or exchanges. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup window. Large items may require a disassembly fee. All large items will be carried out of the home by CEA Associates ONLY. Buyers will be responsible for pickup of items from the driveway at the designated time. Any items not picked up within 30 minutes of the designated time will be forfeited, payment will not be refunded.
