My next BIG ESTATE SALE is coming up THIS weekend Friday 8/22 and Saturday 8/23 from 8 AM to 4 PM both days.
Location: 1471 Olde Oak Court, Mechanicsburg/Hampden Township. (Same place where we were 8/8-9)
The basement was still VERY FULL at this location. We have spread the contents of the basement throughout all three levels of this townhouse for your shopping enjoyment! Every Room is Packed!!
Saturday = Most everything will be HALF PRICE!
At 3pm Saturday, most everything will be FREE!
PLEASE - NO early birds, NO Pre-Sales and I can’t really give prices ahead of time on most items because I’m not at the property all the time to quote you a price.
PARKING: this is in a townhouse development. Please DO NOT park in the numbered spots as those are for residents. There are several VISITOR spots and you can park in the grass near the townhouse.
*At 3pm on Saturday 8/23 only: MOST EVERYTHING LEFTOVER WILL BE FREE (with a few exceptions) Pickers, Flea Market Vendors, Charitable Groups, Anyone - come and get it!
