Huge 5 Generation farm Homestead 168 Robbins Rd in Clarkstown Wednesday April 9th 12 noon start!

Our next sale is here.  It is the one you have been waiting for and we have over 430 photos available for you to view on our website!   Please notice our Wednesday hours have changed to accommodate working people!  We may choose to open earlier than noon if the line for the house is great than 40 people.      While we never advocate for any political party, if you want to beat tariffs on furniture, electronics, toys, and much more, SHOP ESTATE SALES!

You got a little preview of our pickers-sale if you shopped at our Clarkstown Quonset hut sale. Now it is time to open up the “very packed” house (3 floors) and we restocked the hut with almost all different items (it is packed again). We also have a shed with many items. There are many, many photos. Please pardon us that the pictures and the set up is not perfection. Remember this is basically a (price, partly organized) pickers sale.  While setting up we did not strive for perfection!  That being said, our staff did an excellent job considering there was no heat and down right bitter cold winter set up, plus 90% of the inventory was wrapped, put in storage bins. Lots of unwrapping and there wasn’t water in the house or hut. There is no bathroom facilities at this sale.

If you are planning on shopping the first day which is Wednesday, April 9, please get there early. Due to how full the house is, we will have to limit the number of people we are going to be leaving in at one time to about 40. We will open the shed and the hut at the same time but there will not be a limit on them…only the house.

Since we are having this sale 3-1/2 days, our first day - Wednesday, April 9 we will be full price from Noon until 6pm,  day 2 -Thursday, April 10, from 8:30am-3pm, we will be 25% off,  and  Day 3 - Friday, April 11 8:30am-2pm, will be half price.

If there is enough left, we will reopen on Saturday (for 3 hours only) 8am-11am for a blowout sale of remaining items.

Directions:

Just Drive past the town of Clarkstown and past the old Lowe’s Super Duper.  You will want to turn left off of PA-442E onto Neufer Hollow Rd just before the Clarkstown Landscape Supply company.   If you passed the storage shed business you went too far.  Follow Neufer Hollow Rd for about 1.9 miles and please be careful on this road.  We suggest that you maintain a slow speed since the many curves offer you limited visibility to oncoming traffic and there are no guiderails to protect you if you should wonder off the road.   Just before coming to your first road after Newfer Hollow Rd you are going to pass a pale yellow home on the right hand side of the road.   This is a very sharp “S” shaped curve in the road, but the turn off onto McCoy Rd which is up a hill and will come into view after your exit the “S’ curve.   Proceed up McCoy Rd, but once again, proceed slowly as it is a narrow road/lane.   After going up the hill on McCoy Rd, you will want to prepare to turn right as your approach the crest of the hill after a slight curve at the top of McCoy road.   After you turn right you will be on Robbins Road.   If you are seeing Chicken Coops on your left you have went too far and missed the turn onto Robbins Road.  Robbins road is a dirt lane and depending on weather, it could be dusty so allow some travel distance between cars and be courteous to oncoming traffic as this is a narrow lane.  Continue on Robbins Road and keep traveling past a Burgundy and Taupe colored home and the Yellow family homestead should be coming into view.  You will probably want to park close to the home area as there is plenty of areas to park once you arrived.  The barn where items are for sale will be marked as will the Quonset Hut area.  Please be prepared to walk a little and this will not be a friendly sale to those who might not be able to walk on grass or uneven surfaces easily.  

This sale is well worth the drive. Country fresh air and lots of shopping.         

We have tons of great items, but an item you don’t see everyday  is a very nice newer French Door Refrigerator with lower Freezer in Stainless Steel complete with Ice Maker and Water Dispenser.   We also have a great deal of siding that appears to be originally purchased for the home which we will be selling out of.  This is a great lot of Cream Color Vinyl Siding being sold as one lot.  We also have a very nice Kayak which cost over $1200 on Amazon.  Just wait until you see the price we have it at as well as the refrigerator/freezer!   You will not believe the many bargains you can find at this sale!

In this sale, we also have a great deal of antique furniture including a gorgeous Oak Full-Size Bed being sold complete, Oak Dresser, Oak Chest, and many more antique oak pieces.  We also have trunks, additional bed frames, and so much more including another Full-Size Bed being sold downstairs. Out in the shed we have a beautiful Roll Top Oak Desk ready for you to pickup and take home.   In other furniture, we also have outdoor patio furniture made with treated lumber which could use refinished to bring it back to its original beauty.  It is all priced very reasonably.    

We have lots of Board Games including one of the 1st Monopoly Board Games, a Vintage Mattel Handheld football game, vintage toys, Dolls including Barbie Dolls, doll clothing, and much more along those lines!

We also have an extensive collection of Christmas and Holiday Collectible items including both modern and Vintage pieces including Shiny Brite ornaments galore.   You will not be disappointed because we have enough Christmas to fill up almost two of the bedrooms upstairs.  

Out in the shed, we have items for the hunter and reloader in your household.  We have a loading press, archery supplies, gun cabinets just to name a few of the items.  So please don’t forget to visit the shed behind the RV at the side of the house!

In the Quonset Hut, we did empty out the items in the house that made our footing tricky for the months we were preparing this huge sale!  We also emptied out two trailers and additional items which were inside bins outside the home too!  The Quonset hut is reloaded with lots of great items and even more box lot items.  95% of the Quonset hut is loaded with new items never sold by us before.  So check it out again!.
