The home itself is very old Philadelphia, and has a tight “Colonial” spiral staircase (sometimes called “trinity stairs”). It’s steep and narrow, so please use caution if you have mobility issues.
This sale has a little of everything. The home belonged to an expert carpenter and a seamstress, and both work areas are packed with the tools of the trade. Expect plenty of woodworking tools, planks of wood, sewing supplies, fabrics, notions, and vintage & handmade furniture, plus the usual mix of household finds.
The house is packed full of treasures and priced to move — every room, shelf, and cabinet has something worth digging for.
