The second auction consists of approximately 130 firearms including many top gun manufacturers, including Colt, Ruger, Glock, Beretta, Remington, Charles Daly, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, Anschutz, Dan Wesson, Winchester, Arsenal and others!

Important Firearms Information: All Firearms are located at Eagle Arms Sports Shop: 9331 Hamilton Blvd., Breinigsville, PA 18031.

🔹 Preview Policy

Preview is by appointment only
Dates: Wednesday, September 16th & Thursday, September 17th
Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Provide the lot numbers of the items you wish to preview so items are ready when you arrive

Note: Eagle Arms charges a Firearms Registration Fee:

$25 per firearm for Non-dealers
$15 per firearm for Licensed dealers

🔹 Pickup Policy

You will receive a text message and email from SHIPPING SAINT, select PICK-UP, then select the date and time you will be picking up. It’s that easy, and this way we will know when you are coming, and your items will be ready for you.

You must bring your paid receipt to Eagle Arms during pickup hours

Pickup Hours by appointment at Eagle Arms:

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Closed Sundays

⚠️ All firearms must be picked up and removed within 7 days of the auction.

🔹 Shipping Policy
Please email a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) to info@tomhallauctions.com for the dealer where your firearm will be shipped. This is the FFL where you will complete your transfer and background check before taking possession of your firearm.

👉 If you are an FFL dealer purchasing for yourself, please also email a copy of your FFL to info@tomhallauctions.com.

Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged. However, at Auctioneers Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer or cash payments if an invoice exceeds $1250.00. The auctioneers may also require proof of current photo ID for any purchase at their discretion. No checks or pay pal accepted.

Buyer’s Premium: 20% will be added to all final bids.

Sales Tax: 6% will be applied unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption License is provided.
