Huge Estate Sale Whole Home & Tents Filled w Christmas & Other Great Items Lincoln Ave Williamsport

HELLO FRIENDS,

Our next sale is here! We have been working very hard to bring you a wonderful sale that you will not forget and one you won’t want to miss.  It is being held, once again at 705 Lincoln Ave in Williamsport.

If you like Christmas decorations, you are in luck. It’s like walking through a winter wonderland as soon as you enter the house.  The winter/Christmas decorations are just beautiful and honestly almost all of them either look brand new or are brand new. 1000’s of Christmas items to pick from.

If you don’t like Christmas décor, you are still in luck as we have loads of fall and other holiday décor.

Not looking for decorations? That’s okay too! We have hundreds of household items, furniture, matchbox cars. Trains, and so much more. We also will have a washer and electric dryer for sale!

This sale will run from Wednesday October 8 through Saturday, October 11th.

Since we do have so much and we only have the 4 days to sell the items, we kept the prices low from the start. You won’t have to wait until half price for bargains. We will not bargain the first day of the sale. Wednesday is full price! Thursday 8:30-noon is 25 % off, then at noon until 3 we are 50% off. Friday is half price 8:30-2 and Saturday is 50% (plus) off 8:30-11 and reasonable offers will be considered on Saturday!

 Since we did have a sale at this address a few weeks ago we want you to know that these are **not** the same items. The few things we did have left from the previous sale we have taken the price way, way down. However, over 95 percent of the items you will see here were never in the first sale. The family brought a huge U-Haul truck from their lake house in Carbondale so we could feature those items in this sale.  We also had Christmas and other holiday items tucked away in closets, nooks and crannies, half the basement, and other areas which were closed off during the 1st sale.   We will also have a large jewelry tent set up (mostly very nice costume jewelry that we had hidden away during the 1st sale because we had so much). Seeing is believing!

In case you had not seen the video on our Facebook Business Page @perfect2perfect, please review the last one we did prior to this posting.  It is about 40 minutes long and will go through the entire home prior to us taking pictures when we had most of our setup completed.   This is a sale  which will get you ready for Christmas for sure!  However, we will briefly outline other items we have at this sale as well as special mentions for the Christmas Holiday décor and items.

Furniture and Furnishings:  We have an antique corner hutch/cupboard that is definitely a beautiful item to behold.  It is probably from the mid 1800’s in origin.   We have several pieces which are parlor style furniture in chairs and rocking chairs as well as a settee.   We also drastically reduced the price on some the furniture items that did not sell during the 1st sale such as the gateleg dropleaf table in the living room.  However, we have several other pieces that were not in the first sale which includes several curios including a gorgeous antique curved glass Oak display hutch, dressers with mirrors, dresser/chests, blanket chests, storage trunk, Country White cupboards and storage shelfs, wooden bench, long wooden shelf, Oak punched tin pie safe cupboard, oak library table, several desks,  Lamps and stained glass lamps, another large stained glass inside a pane for hanging.   There are also several shelfs, storage cabinets and a metal 4 drawer filing cabinet being sold throughout the home.  

Collectibles include some local memorabilia from Carbondale PA, large stamp collection, old stock certificates, older letters, some vintage Christmas items including Old World Style ornaments, Department 56 Snow Village pieces and accessories,  Hallmark ornaments, H/O trains, tracks, transformers, Plasticville train village pieces, Matchbox cars & HotWheels (With many in blister packaging and with original boxes), die-cast car models, and did we mention we have a large frog collection?  We also will have two kit clocks which will be at this sale and the one has been running for a week and a half since our 1st sale.  We will be setting up the other clock and testing it out before the sale.   The one kit clock is spring wound and the other clock is a weight driven clock.  There is also a total of 3 very nice Accordions with cases in this sale!

Household goods include holiday tablecloth’s, napkins, table runners, serving pieces, glassware sets, stainless steel flatware, holiday serving flatware, we also have lots of drinking glasses, more new holiday coffee mugs, and much more.  With everything we had to unpack, we now have an even larger selection of storage totes to purchase at this sale compared to what we sold at our first sale.

Holiday items include:  In Christmas, there are ornaments, outdoor wooden décor, garland, lights, wreaths, a few snowman (probably well over 1000 snowmen and snow people including yellow snowmen), Christmas trees including fiber optic, pre-lit, and larger trees up to 6.5’.  Unfortunately, we do not have any blow molds in our Holiday selection.   We do have a nice selection of Easter décor to help get you ready for spring!   As mentioned earlier, we also have a nice selection of Fall (and some Halloween) décor. 

Books:   A lot of Cookbooks, general books, and religious books are now only $1.00 to start the sale.  They will be reduced further during the sale at the percentages mentioned above.

Clothing:  There is a small selection of beautiful fur coats, shawls, and other pieces upstairs and more clothing out in the tent out back. 

Linens:  As mentioned before, we have lots of holiday linen pieces, but we also have new (old) quilts, blankets, sheet sets and table cloths ready for you.   There is also a number of throw blankets and throw pillows and a large selection of tea towels to purchase at this sale too!

In tools, there is a limited selection of tools.  We also will not be showcasing any fishing items from the lake home.  

While we did not mention everything that is available at this sale, we did post on both our website and estatesales.net over 280 pictures to give you a good idea of the items we have.   Please note, you are not seeing double, there are a lot of snowmen and snow people at this sale!   What we can say is these items were enjoyed and cared for very well in the storage of these items.  Nothing but good clean items to be purchased at this sale!  You will not be disappointed.  

If you really want an item, be there on Wednesday before noon!  We suggest being at the sale no later than 11am to begin to get in line for the sale opening.  We officially open at noon, but we will open early once our crew is in place and we have areas safe for walking through the home, garage, and tent.
