Our next sale is here! It is an estate sale at 115 Lincoln Avenue and will be held starting on Wednesday, June 17th at 12 Noon and we will remain open until 6pm for this special sale. We will then be holding discounted sales during normal hours on Thursday, June 17th starting at 25% at 8:30am until 3pm that day. We will be 50% off all remaining items on Friday starting at 8:30am until 2pm that day. We are not anticipating any Saturday hours for this sale unless our inventory allows us to remain open for Saturday. PLEASE DO NOT CALL, TEXT, EMAIL, OR MESSAGE US REGARDING PRICES, THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED! Please remember, we accept all major credit cards, Samsung and Apple Pay and Bank Debit Cards at no extra charge!


This sale will include a two-story home with a finished basement and two separate garage areas. We will have two tents set up with Box Lot items out back. This house is loaded with lots of great items both inside and outside and you have to see them to appreciate all we have to offer you in this sale! While this listing will mention many items available, we have over 300 photos for you to view so that you can plainly see how big this sale will be! Plan on spending several hours and you may just about see everything we have to offer. We believe we may have to limit access to the home in the first two hours due to crowd size and safety concerns.

We anticipate being extremely busy on the opening day and we ask people coming to the sale to please stand in line at the front door entrance to the home. Please do not come up on the porch until called in. This sale will take some amount of time to get everything ready and in place for shoppers, so we will probably not open much before 12 Noon on Wednesday.


To begin with, we have a 1929 Ford Model A 4 door Phantom made for the foreign markets of Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Many of the features of this vehicle have been completely and lovingly restored including the leather trunk. This item has 26,636 miles on it and runs fine. This owner has the title and is interested in serious offers ONLY with the asking price of $28,000. Sales tax and all applicable transfer and title fees are the responsibility of the buyer at transfer. Please note, the Jaguar and the Mercedes Benz in the driveway are not in the sale and will be sold by the owner at a later time.


Next, we have a 2016 16’ Jayco Jay Feather model 16XRB. It was purchased used in 2021 and used once by the estate owner and has been sitting for a few years since it was purchased. The only item we see is that the TV has been removed, but everything else appears to be in working and good condition with no signs of leaking. The seals do appear to be needing re-done, but that is an easy fix. Otherwise, this baby is ready for you to take on your 1st or next camping adventure complete with everything you need to get glamping in style. Perfect for a river lot or taking cross country on a new adventure once you get it inspected!

In furniture, to begin with, we have a very nice Hoosier Cabinet in the kitchen area that is priced to sell at this sale! On the first floor we have two round oak tables which one has two leafs and 4 chairs, and then the other has no leafs and 5 chairs. In the dining area there is a nice antique oak secretarial desk as well as a beautiful curved glass curio in the same area. In the living room there is a beautiful blue painted Curio with glass shelves and gold trim. We have several bed frames with headboards and footboards available for purchase with one full size bed and one full/queen headboard, and one queen size platform bed with under-dresser. There are several vanities for sale in the upstairs and there is also several quilt racks throughout the home. We also have a few dressers for purchase as well as desks which can be used in a bedroom or study. We have an antique secretarial oak desk with hide-a-way storage, a modern sturdy white computer desk and we also have a more portable workstation for a smaller office setup. Downstairs in the basement is a smaller desk with built-in cabinet below the writing/work surface for storing either clothing or paperwork. On the first floor we also have a baker’s rack which folds up and we also have a nice rattan style shelving unit ready for you to take home as well. We have several tables and stands throughout the home including a nice Marble topped old treadle framed table in the main hallway of the home.


We do have two very nice custom-made bars with one being on the first floor and featuring a beautiful tile inlay of grapes and wine related motif items on the tiles. Then downstairs is a really nice and heavy oak bar complete with two barrels used on the underneath leg area and very well constructed.

In collectibles, there are so many unique items in this sale you will find many of them to be eclectic and highly desirable collectibles for you to enjoy. To begin with we have several carved items with one being a 70” tall native American wood carving that would be an excellent conversation piece in your home, we also have several chain saw carved designs of bears with one sitting at attention on his hind quarters and the other one supporting a glass table top with the bear laying on his back with his paws in the air. We also have a nice Silvertone phonograph player as well as a very nice Gramophone phonograph plaer with a spear tip horn. We also have a vintage Tournaphone with lots of sheet music to play. Then in the entryway foyer we do have an Edison Cylinder player being sold as is. We have two wagon wheels, and lots of other primitive items including a Civil War Trench digging tool (a D handled shovel that still has some of the original paint, Crocks of various sizes from 1 Gallon to 5 Gallon, a Vintage Coleman Green Two Mantle camping light, a very early tin and possibly bronze bucket which features excellent dovetailing and design as well as a black smithed iron handle, old industrial wooden thread spools, punched tin candle holders. More modern collectibles include Hess Trucks, Nylint Trucks, and Texaco Airplanes. We also have 1 generation Norman Rockwell Figurines. We do have Waterford Crystal and Princess House. There is also a beautiful Howard Miller Westminster Chime clock which is currently running great and sells at Lowes for approximately $1,300. We also have a really nice set of Sango dinnerware.


In art, we do have two David Armstrong Prints including an artist proof copy of “Morgan Valley Spring House” and another signed limited print entitled “Ruffled Waters”. We also have a very limited edition by an 8 year old artist Akiane Kramarik who was visited by visions of the person after being raised by Atheist parents entitled “Prince of Peace”. If you read more on this work and the artist, you will want this LE and signed print for your collection as it will only increase in value in the years to come. We also have a number of LE prints from an artist known as OJ Gromme featuring wildlife and bird prints. We also have many other pieces of art for the discerning buyer and investor for you to look through.


In vintage toys we do have a number of Tonka Trucks and construction vehicles as well as a really nice 1940’s-1950’s pedal car fire truck and a vintage Murray Tractor.


In electronics and other items we have a very nice Canon Powershot 5x510HS Wifi camera and a nice, Sony Cybershot DSC-W55 7.2MP camera with case, a Nintendo Game Cube with Games, Blue Ray Players, DVD Players, and more!

Wine and wine making items include a nice heavy duty modern wine corker with a nice supply of corks to use. We have lots of empty bottles, carboys, Demijohns, and much more for the professional wine maker in your home, or the professional wine maker you want to be.


In appliances, we have an upright 14cu freezer just in time for blueberry season and we also have a Refrigerator/Freezer for sale at this home!


Some party supplies including ballon weights, confetti, and lots of Sky Lantern sets new in the package!


Attention Canners, if you are wanting to start stocking up on canning jars and canning rims or just need a canner, you got to see the room we have set up in the basement. This is a great addition to the sale and perfect timing so that you can get the jars all sterilized and ready to use for your next canning season!


In other household goods, we have an extensive collection of cooking items including Griswold Cast Iron skillets, Pots, Pans, and other serving items. utensils and more!


In clothing, we have excellent hunting and everyday wear from makers like Filson, Woolrich, Duluth Trading Company, and more! We have several Filson Coats, two Filson Vests, one Filson Hat, and a beautiful set of Filson Luggage for sale at this sale! Many of the clothing items will be updated on our next listing.


We have a large library of DVD’s both regular and Blu-Ray as well as quite a few that are new and never opened. We also have electronic games for Sega Genisis, Nintendo, and others in this sale.


There a few walkers in this sale and we also have a U-Step Walking Stabilizer which is a must for those with special walking needs! We also have several other items such as a Shower Chair which allows placing the chair both in and out of the bathtub so that the person utilizing it can slide in and out of the bathtub shower without having to step over the threshold or the bathtub rim.


In jewelry, we also have a lot of costume jewelry with a little bit of fine jewelry as far as some gold and silver. We will have photos of those items added shortly.

In hunting, we have ammo ranging from 30-06, 283, 32’s, 38’s, shotgun shells, both regular and birdshot, spotlights, treestand, Bow and arrow supplies, gun cleaning supplies, holsters, spot lights, and much more in those lines.


Speaking of lines, we have lots of fishing items too! Just check out the photos of the rods and reels at this sale. We also have some lures as well as creels, bait storage items, and much more!


While we did talk about hunting, we have something to let you hunt for your own treasures. One of the top-of-the line metal detector’s is for sale at this sale and if you know quality metal detectors, this is one for you! It is the Minelab’s Excalibur 1000 and it is priced to go home with you!


Out in the garage, besides all the fishing items we have lots of items for you to check out. We have a nice craftsman 6300 watt Generator that is running nice and smooth! Get ready for your next power outage. Then we also have two ice augers that are great for winter fishing! One features an 8” auger and the other features a 12” auger blade. There is plenty of gardening tools, hand tools, and some power tools for purchase in the garage. We also have a nice Generac Pressure Washer!

We are sorry for saying there would be lots of shelving available for purchase on our earlier listings. Most is being kept by the family. However, we did search through the jewelry and found lots of Native American Jewelry including other really highly collectible costume jewelry too! As we mentioned earlier, there will be some gold and silver at this sale too! We also have several quilt racks and removable shelving wall units throughout the home.


Christmas and holiday décor including Halloween and easter are also at this sale. We have some upstairs on the 2nd floor and more downstairs in the basement.


There is just so much to see in this sale! We have worked our hearts out to ensure this is a sale to remember! Discounts offered after the 1st day as outlined at the beginning of this sale listing.
