HOWDY HOWDY FOLKS! We will be in EMIGSVILLE PA this Wednesday 3/11! The homeowners are currently living in the home. Please keep that in mind for the morning of the sale. The List will begin at 7am! The List will determine the order of entry when the doors open at 8am. There is no parking on Raintree Rd. You'll have to get creative. We recommend using the neighborhood across and down the road. Areas of the home will be off limits. Please respect the caution tape. Items are priced. Items not priced are $20 or less. Larger items can be claimed with name tape. Name tape will be provided. No holds or presales. Don't forget your bags and totes! See you soon!
