- Absolutely NO BAGS or PURSES allowed in the house (boxes will be provided for shopping)
- Please bring your own movers for larger items.
- We will not be responsible for accidents or lost items.
- Staff & Cashiers are not responsible for holding unpaid items.
- No public restrooms.
- We do not provide prices prior to the sale.
- Possible delivery (fee based).
- Limit of 20 people plus estate sales staff allowed in the house at the same time.

Saturday, June 28th, 9am - 2pm Open to the general public with no appointment necessary.
No Parking allowed on the street. Be prepared to park off street and walk a bit. Paid parking is also available at a local lot.
