There is virtually no parking in the area. A narrow one way with resident parking. You will have to find an area and walk to the sale. Do not block the road. We obtained a permit for the sale and parking enforcement from the city will be ticketing towing vehicles. We apologize for the inconvenience but it's what we have to work with.

There is only a public sidewalk, please don't block anyone's home and be respectful of the neighbors.. Thank you for your understanding.

We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.

All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items.

We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.

This estate is from an amazing 96 year old veteran in a Historical Society home in Newport. These homes are just stunning. This gentleman was a proud Veteran, and spent time all over the world. There are so many items from Germany, France, and even the Middle East. Some pieces are of exceptional quality and desirable pieces.

Vintage electronics, military collectibles, stunning book collection, lots of antique copper and brass, new and vintage kitchen items, some nice furniture and some simply fabulous furniture pieces. The music collection of reel to reels is second to none. Generic household and kitchen items. antiques, incredible andirons, it's not a huge home but it has so many wonderful items. Even the appliances can go in this sale!

Saturday is full price and Sunday we will have amazing deals. We do things a little differently and this one is no different. It has it's parking and location challenges but a great little sale for this time of year.
