DO NOT Go onto the property early. We have had too many people looking in windows at crazy hours. People live there and police will be called. Thank you for your understanding.
We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.
All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items.
We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.
We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit & debit. Sorry no checks.
No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

A very unique sale and specific sale. A relative of ours. A lot of tools. A lot of pots and pans. Tools will range from outdoor, to power tools, to hand tools, ladders. Lots of cases, chargers, all different price points. Very good deals but not garage sale prices.
Quite a bit of pots and pans and kitchen items. Calphalon, Anolon, Commercial Aluminum, Cuisinart and more. Stock pots, frying pans, prices from $10-$50+ depending on the piece. Lots of cookbooks and a few odds and ends.
These are about the only items available. Most will be outside or in the garage with a couple of rooms in the house. Hope to see you there!!
