This sale can accept Cash or Venmo for payments. The staff onsite will not be able to help with loading/carrying the oversized items. This is a double story home with carpeted stairs as well as stairs from the back deck to the yard. Please watch footing, though we will do our best to provide a safe and fun shopping experience. There are no public restrooms on site. There are several adjacent homes to this sale and parking will require parking in front of neighborhood residences. Please do not block them in or disrespect their property/yards, mailboxes, driveways. Thank you for your help to keep estate sales something fun for everyone. Neither the homeowner nor the estate sale employees are responsible for accidents.
