Watership Estate Sale

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with how we run our estate sales to ensure a fun, stress-free time for all.

1. We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper I.D. Cash and checks preferred.
2. We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own.
3. Please park in the parking lot in spaces not labeled for neighboring businesses.
4. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
5. Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased two hours prior to closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
6. Please bring your own help for large or heavy items.
7. Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
8. Doors will open at the published time, not before.
9. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
10. Please do not bring food, drinks or large shopping bags into the venue.
11. We don't publish prices prior to the estate sale.

It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk. Watership Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of you attending any of our sales. By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras.
