Terms of Service for Carolina Estate Service Online Estate Auctions



Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to Be Auto Paid by the card attached to your profile. We will charge a $300 Nonrefundable deposit on any invoice over $300. The remainder is to be paid on a separate invoice. Once deposit is made, We will send out a docusign email where you will be required to sign that you agree to pay the remainder of the balance.. It will require a photo ID to be attached to it. a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added as well. Once paid, Your PAID invoice will be emailed to the email address on your profile. *If you do not receive a copy of your invoice, you may log into your profile to view it.

Pick-up: The full address for pick-up will be disclosed to you once you receive your invoice by email Pick up addresses will not be given over the phone, text or via email otherwise. You MUST bring all necessary help, vehicles, materials, etc. for lifting and loading won items. Staff is not authorized to assist at pick-ups.

Shipping: Shipping is available on ALL ITEMS at buyer’s expense. Please see our shipping terms below.
Terms: All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” *NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS*. All sales are final. Placing a bid is an agreement to our TERMS OF SERVICE i.e. to purchase and pay. Winning bid is a also a binding contract between you and the seller. All items not picked up or noted for shipping during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold with no refund.
