Welcome to this fantastic 3 day Onsite ESTATE SALE. Friday & Saturday 9-2, Sunday 10-1. Read thru the listings. Please Do not block mail boxes or driveways. Please be kind & respectful of one another. Park on one side of the road in same direction, not on grass. Furniture removal responsibility of buyer. Bring newspaper & bags if possible. Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items. Some boxes & wrapping paper available. Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% transactional fee). Not responsible for accidents. We do not have a numbering system to enter - first come is first one in when we open!!

Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. We are under time constraints to have all items removed, so please, if you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at noon. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS but do know movers so please ask. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers.

Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day.

Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
We do not provide refunds, all items sold as is where is and some are not tested. We do not do presales on all items. If we do offer presales it could be for certain items. Don't hesitate to email us. We will try to respond.
