Welcome to this 4 Day Onsite Estate Sale by Grand Strand Estate Sales. Read all carefully, otherwise shoppers may not be able to enter. Owner was in the military & loved her country, loved Harley Davidson, tended to large property & was an artist at most. Interested in making Vinyl decals? This estate sale has all you would need. There is an Eclectic assortment of items for sale during this estate sale liquidation. First day full marked price, 2nd day ½ off. ESTATE SALE DAYS & TIMES. Saturday Nov 1st 8 am to 4 PM, Sunday Nov 2nd 8 am to 4 PM. There will be managed capacity limits in the house from 8 to 10 am both Fri & Sat. On Monday Nov 3rd - we offer continued shopping time slots by appt only. Appt times will be Mon - Tues between 10a -2 PM. Shoppers must have an appt made directly with staff in order to shop Mon and Tuesday. Please read carefully. Limited parking directly on property. Sat & Sun shoppers must park in the adjacent school parking lot & walk over on the sidewalk. Plenty of school parking that is spacious & safe. Arrangement for loading on property can be made w/ buyers who have purchased items to be loaded. Do not pull into the front of property Sat / Sun. Property is off a busy road. Please take the time to read the descriptions and buyers terms carefully. More descriptions will be added. Email with questions. If making appointment on Mon & Tues parking on estate property will be provided & explained.
Using sophisticated high end equipment, Owner screen printed on t-shirts, printed on clothing, vinyl, mugs, wood, key chains mainly for bikers during bike week. The Owner also made jewelry so there is a lot of jewelry making supplies available. There is a large collection of resin molds, graphics, vinyl signs & materials, engraved wood & glass & metal & has ALL the machines & supplies for anyone looking to expand their creations. Owner loved living by the beach & loved sea turtles, lots of beachy decor & art.

Property monitored by surveillance, alarms and sale will be well staffed. Staff are not able to bring items to buyers vehicles. Buyers must come prepared to pack, lift, haul & load. If assistance is needed, speak to staff to arrange for assistance.
Mark calendars & do not miss. Please read through all of the terms, conditions & descriptions. More descriptions & photos will be added. PARK in adjacent school parking lot. Lots of space! Be considerate. As always, we appreciate our shoppers and ask to continue spreading the kindness & goodness. Thank you. Furniture & large item removal responsibility of buyer. Bring newspaper & plastic bags to help wrap your breakables. Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items. We cannot walk out to your cars to load. Must come with own way to lift, haul & load. Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% transactional fee). No checks please. Come prepared to shop & buy with cash preferred please. Grand Strand Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. If a shopper accidentally breaks an item, the shopper will become a buyer of that item. : )

Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. We are under time constraints to have all items removed, so please, if you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at noon. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials & manpower to remove fully paid for items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers. Again, we cannot leave our estate sale stations to carry items out for you.

Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day or by Sunday noon unless making a pick up appt for Mon or Tuesday. We do not accept deposits nor hold items unless paid in full. If you are not back to get item , items become property of Estate Sale Company.

Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
We do not provide refunds, all items sold as is where is and some are not tested. We do not do presales on all items. Please come to the sale to inspect & buy. Don't hesitate to email us. We will try to respond.
