Items priced as LOTS will not be separated.
Please do not research our sale items and ask us for a price comparison, we are a business and use different variables to calculate our prices.

We do NOT accept checks.
Please do not be rude or disrespectful to our staff members or you will be asked to leave.

Prices are firm on first 2 days of sale.

**NO items are priced at less than $2.**

We do not sell cleaning/yard products or hangers. Should you find any within the property do not bring them to checkout.

If an item is not tagged, please ask at checkout and someone will assist you.

Please bring help to remove large items - All Items must be removed independently. We do not assist in loading or removing items.

We ask that you are respectful of our Client's Items and Property.
If you break an item it must be paid for.
