This house is PACKED!! To aid with traffic flow and ensure everyone has good and safe experience, THURSDAY 6/11 will be APPT ONLY. Just text for your appt!
Thursday 6/11: Get first dibs on a house FULL of treasures. Text your name, number of guests, and your desired time between 11 AM and 2 PM (we are booked until then) to 864-747-7636.
We will confirm your appt and the address with you Wednesday evening.
FRIDAY 6/12: No appts needed, but doors open at 9 AM. Text 864-747-7636 to reserve your spot in line.
ALL EARLYBIRD RSVPS must be received by 7 PM the night before the sale opens. If received after 7 PM the night before, we will add you to the written list the day of the sale.
We may need to limit the number of people in the house at a time for space and safety reasons. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
SATURDAY 6/13: Discounts will begin Saturday. Again, we may need to limit the number of people in the house at a time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sunday: TBD. It is possible Saturday will be the last day.
No holds or pre-sales. We are unable to quote prices over the phone or internet.
Cash preferred, cards accepted with 4% fee. ALL SALES FINAL. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
SC state sales tax required on all purchases unless you provide your tax exempt ID number.
Please bring help to load large & heavy items. We are not able to assist with moving, loading or unloading. Not responsible for accidents.
Please bring own packing material to transport fragile or delicate items.
