All lots must be removed within 10 working days from the end of the auction. All lots must be paid for within 3 days of auction close. The lots listed in our catalogues will be offered by Charleston Estate Services, Auctions & Appraisals as owner or as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. All lots are sold AS IS and without recourse and neither Charleston Estate Services nor its consignor(s) makes any warranties or representations, express or implied with respect to such lots. Neither Charleston Estate Services nor its consignor(s) makes any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness for purpose, correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibitions, literature or historical significance of any lot sold. admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid.
(b) move the bidding backwards or forwards in any way he or she may decide, or
change the order of the lots;
(c) withdraw any lot;
(d) divide any lot or combine any two or more lots;
(e) reopen or continue the bidding even after the hammer has fallen;
(f) in the case of error or dispute related to bidding and whether during or after the auction, continue the bidding, determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale of the lot, or re offer and resell any lot.

The August auction is filled with fantastic contemporary art including a Set of 10 Andy Warhol Mick Jagger 1975 promotional cards, 4 were signed by Andy, Castelli Graphics. Signed Keith Haring 1898 Pop Shop V (Plate 1) Silkscreen, from the Pop Shop V Portfolio. Roy Lichtenstein Crying Girl published by the Leo Castelli Gallery in NYC c. 1963. Mao Silkscreen in colors, published for the Andy Warhol Retrospective for The Museum of Modern Art 1989-1990 by the Andy Warhol Foundation. 1982 postcard from Galerie Watari, Japan.
