Beautiful petite home so please be kind & respectful of one another.  Park on one side of the road in same direction, not on grass.  Pease do not block any driveway or mailbox.  Furniture removal responsibility of buyer. Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items.  Some boxes & wrapping paper available.  Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% convenience fee). Not responsible for accidents. We do not have a numbering system to enter - first come is first one in when we open!!  Items & pictures will be updated.  We will remove items if owner absorbs or we presell.  

Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. We are under time constraints to have all items removed, so please, if you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at noon.   WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS.   It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers.
Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day.  Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
