TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We accept cash and debit/credit cards (3% fee applies to all card transactions).

• We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.

• Doors will open at the published time, not before.

• For your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to limit the number of customers entering the sale.

• Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are sold "AS IS". We do not make guarantees regarding the operational or cosmetic condition of items sold and we do not offer refunds.

• Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases.

• Please bring help to load any heavy or large items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items prior to the closing of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.

• If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

• If anyone is caught stealing, the proper authorities will be contacted.

• We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.

• Please be respectful of the property, its contents and especially other customers. Rude behavior of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated.
