We accept Cash, Checks with proper ID, and all major credit cards. We will be available to let you pick up large items after sale hours if needed, However, all items must be picked up by the end of day, September, 25th, 2025. Pickups after the sale are by appointment only. To arrange or confirm your appointment, please call Bob Bennett at 864-630-9042. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on this property. We will try to have boxes and bags for your purchases, however, it is always a good idea to bring your own packing material. If you anticipate buying a large piece of furniture, please bring help for loading. All sales are final with no expressed guarantees or warranties. No returns will be accepted.

There is so much at this sale, we will be holding a second sale that is currently planned for October 3rd, 4th and 5th. It will also be advertised on EstateSales.net. We have the contents of the house plus the contents of three out buildings. Please be checking pictures daily since we will be posting new items throughout the week prior to both sales. Here are a few of the items that will be sold at our first sale September 19th ,20th, and 21th.

House items to be sold include:

Furniture: 2 bedroom suites (one is equipped with a Tempurpedic Platform and mattress), Sofa and love seat, Dining room furniture to include several dining room tables and china cabinent. Occasional tables rugs and chairs.
Appliances: We have plenty of small household appiances Which also includes a small refrigerator and 1960's coke machine.
Collections: We have several collections which include a large selection of Clemson memorability which includes a Clemson decorated golf cart, Toys, knives, Coke collectibles, and cameras, just to name a few.
Bedding: We have numerouse antique quilts, complete bedding sets, and linens.
China: Our client was a avid collection of Lenox chiona and collectibles. Besides several sets of Lenox china and dining asseccories, there is a large selection of Lenox Christmas items, which include cookie jars, Ornaments, Christmas figurines, nativity scenes, etc. There are also holiday items for Thanksgiving, Easter and Hallowen.
Clothing and Accessories: We have plenty of Clemson logo'd Clothing, to include heavy coats to hats. Even a pair of Clemson Shoes. We have womens handbags, hats, shoes, and some clothing.
Outdoor Furniture: We have prorch rockers, patio set, and outside decor.
