We will accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp. Credit / debit cards are accepted for any additional 3% surcharge. There is a parking lot to the right of the home. Do not block the two driveways to this home. The driveways are for loading and unloading only. Please enter the main door only.

Please bring help to load large items, we will not be able to assist with loading and moving furniture. We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3 story home with many steps and uneven areas. The sale is not on one floor. All items Must be picked up by 2pm on Monday or they will be donated to charity.
