We do not sell cleaning/yard products or hangers. Should you find any within the property do not bring them to checkout.
If an item is not tagged, please ask at checkout and someone will assist you.
Please bring help to remove large items - All Items must be removed independently. We do not assist in loading or removing items.

If you break an item it must be paid for.

ESTATE SALE INFORMATION
• Numbers will be distributed at the front door prior to opening - 30 limit.
• One number per person. Numbers will not be issued per couple or family.
• Do not access the porch from the front of the house, you must first gain entry through the front door.
No small children, please.
• Large furniture purchases must be removed AFTER the conclusion of the sale.
• Please remain within designated sale areas only. • The swimming pool area and outbuildings are strictly off limits.
• No wandering through garden areas or grounds outside the designated sale spaces.
PLEASE NOTE
The basement will not be open during the June event but will be released during Part II of the sale in July.
Additional merchandise from the estate will be introduced between events, and the home will be substantially restocked for the second phase of the sale.
