Purchases:
• We accept cash, card (tap and chip), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo.
• All items are sold as is/where is.
• Sales are first-come, first-served.
• Not all items in the home are available for sale.
• All sales are final.

Pickups:
• Please ensure your purchase(s) will fit in your vehicle before completing payment.
• Buyers are responsible for loading their own purchases.
• If you are arranging a third-party pickup, you must notify us in advance. If you will not be present, your designated pickup must present proof of purchase or written permission. This is to ensure the safety and fairness of all guests.

• Any property or item(s) you damage must be paid for by you.
• Please be mindful of your surroundings. While we make every effort to ensure safety, caution is the responsibility of each guest.
• Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
• No public restrooms are available, in order to protect our client’s home.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed, to protect the comfort and health of all guests.

We take pride in treating our clients’ homes with respect and care, and kindly ask that all guests do the same.
