PARKING INFORMATION

YARD PARKING (NO parking on the road) - in the front yard and the area to the left of the driveway. Overflow parking will be in the back yard.

TREAT THIS YARD AS YOUR OWN! DRIVE STEADY AND SLOW TO AVOID DISTURBANCE.

DRIVEWAY IS ONE LANE - be courteous to other shoppers entering and exiting.

Driveway is for ingress / egress and loading ONLY. Do not park in the driveway.

Always use caution when walking in yards. Seasons, and the homeowner, will not be liable for accident or injury.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Friday - Enter through the basement door adjoining the driveway. Checkout and exit through the upper level (cash payments will be accepted in the basement). THERE ARE INTERIOR STAIRS AS WELL AS EXTERIOR CONCRETE STEPS FROM THE MAIN LEVEL.

Saturday and Sunday - Enter through whichever pleases you!

SMALL SPACES REQUIRE STAGGERED ENTRANCE - We will be limiting the number of shoppers entering the home at opening, with staggered entry as some depart. Please keep this in mind when planning your day. If you MUST have something pictured, by all means...we'll see you at opening!!!! If you'd like to come and casually shop, we recommend delaying your arrival to approx. 2 hours after opening.
