Q: Do you Accept Checks?
A: We do accept credit cards but we are no longer able to accept checks.
Q: Do you do any pre-sales or pre-views before the official opening day?
A: No we do not. We strive to bring the best experience to our customers. Everything that a client allows us to sell will be available for purchase to the public on a first come first serve basis.
We do not accept refunds on items that are in working condition, that the buyer decides he or she no longer wants after it has been paid for.
Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: 95% of the time, we have staff on-site that can help load items into your vehicle for you. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

This Estate Sale is going to be spectacular!
If you love estate sales you truly can't miss this sale. If you generally shop in Nashville then plan to make the drive to Columbia, TN for this one! If you don't know much about Patricia Selle then let me share a couple details. She was the first woman in the state of Tennessee to get her Real Estate Appraisal license. She Founded the Spring Hill Library where one of her portraits resides to this day.
I can tell you she had a taste for beauty and antiques. She bought what she loved whether it be incredibly expensive antiques or a brilliant find at Home Goods.
The house is jammed pack with unbelievable finds. There are so many great items we are having to run a 4 day sale from Thursday to Sunday. And if you haven't been to a New Life Estate Sales production then let this be your first time to visit and see why we are having the best estate sales in town!
And yes, as you can see from the pictures, we are also having Christmas in July because she LOVED Christmas and Beauty. i can go on and on about how amazing this sale is, but at this point, I need to let the pictures speak for themselves
