*Please bring tools and strong arms to load any items you plan to purchase. We will not be able to assist you with any loading of any merchandise, or disassembly of merchandise. If there are stairs in this home; we are not responsible for any accidents.
*Absolutely no public restrooms, please plan accordingly
*We will accept Cash, and Credit/Debit cards with proper identification only (We do charge 3% surcharge fee for cards). We will accept a check on a TN financial institution with proper identification and 2 phone numbers on the check.
*Items MUST be removed from premises by close of sale, any items not picked up without prior arrangements will be donated to charity and no money will be returned.
* Statements made day of sale take precedence over posted advertisements. *Occasionally items must be withdrawn from a sale beforehand. If that happens, we will attempt to edit listing before sale
* All sales are “as is”, “where is”, with “no exchanges or returns".
*We close promptly at the times listed. If we sell ALL merchandise prior to ending day of sale, the sale will be closed. This does happen occasionally.
