Doors open at 9am. Entry is first come, first serve. Please form a line if people are waiting.
Venmo/ cash/ card only.
All sales are final, items are sold as is. Outlet strips are set up throughout the property for testing.
Purchased items must be picked up by 1pm Sunday, no exceptions.
Please bring help for moving large items- EstateSmiths staff can't help move or load items.

This is a very well appointed home. The sale includes an extensive collection of cookware, small appliances, cookbooks, utensils- anything a home chef would need. You'll also find linens, gardening equipment, tools, crafts and candle making supplies, holiday decor. There is some vintage furniture and a large collection of TY Beanie Babies.

Shopping is throughout the interior of the home, garage, exterior walkways and patio, and outdoor garden shed. The home is on a slight incline lot. The grounds are uneven and there are some stairs- accessible but not handicap friendly.
