Hi and thanks for coming to our estate sale! Here are a few things you should know. We ask that you look over your items before purchasing because all sales are final, there will be no refunds. We will be accepting cash, good check and credit cards. There will be a 3% CC processing fee and a $25 minimum purchase if using a credit card as payment.
****IF YOU PURCHASE FURNITURE PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD*** (furniture dolly and muscle ). WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WITH FURNITURE!!! Bring boxes and packing material for your purchases.
The house is alarmed and monitored so please stay back until our company gets on site.
