Third and final weekend moving sale. For over 20 years I've worked for tour sponsors and sold merch, and while I'll still accept short tours with my favorites, I'm mostly trading that life to become an independent national park ambassador, and finally make time to compose again as a classically trained pianist. My condo's for sale, I'm moving into an RV, and most of what's left here just won't fit.

Each purchase helps fund that next chapter — I know that's not the usual reason to shop an estate sale, but you'll be able to follow along on my journey and know you played a small part!

All prices have been reduced from the first weekend, but they're firm now through the end of this weekend, including an entire room of items for only $1 each. If you like making bulk offers on the last day, come by at 5:30pm Sunday and I'll consider them on whatever vinyl and $1-room items remain. Furniture, dinnerware, and a few other items stay firm through the end — those move to Marketplace or Poshmark after I close up.

Furniture — all four mid century modern sets still available:

1.) B. Brody Seating Company four chair dining set with table and expansion leaf — $1,400.

2.) Two piece side table and coffee table set attributed to designer Jens Risom — coffee table $700, two side tables $1,000.

3.) Drexel K43 dining table, a double drop leaf design — $600.

4.) Three chairs and a matching couch attributed to Milo Baughman for James Incorporated — couch $850, two floral chairs together $1,100, striped chair $550.

(Of these four sets, the B. Brody dinette set is near mint; the other three, while functional, could use some refurbishing and have been priced accordingly.)

-Men's clothing in large to extra large tops and pants, average size 36x32 give or take, from outdoorsy brands including Arc'teryx, Fjällräven, North Face, and Patagonia.

-Men's shoes in size 12–13 from brands like Cole Haan, Altra, On Cloud, and Hoka.

Each day after, every bin drops a dollar — by Sunday it's $4, $3, $2, and $1 bins. Bulk buyers near condo closing should leave contact info.

-A weight bench that has never been used insert joke.

-A Queen-sized Murphy bed ($2,000 value).

-L-shape corner bench with optional pillows and throw cushions ($625+ value)

-A large assortment of nuts, bolts, tools, outlets, switches, covers, door knobs, hinges, light fixtures, painting supplies, flooring supplies, and leftover hardware from the 2024 remodel.

-Three distinct styles of vintage china and dinnerware:

--M A Hadley, purchased in the 1960s, in the blueberry bouquet pattern and other assorted pieces;

--Vintage Franciscan Desert Rose, made in the United States, some of which is numerically stamped;

--B and O's Derby pattern china, originally used on the railroad's dining cars and tied to race-day specials running to Laurel and Delaware Park. My grandmother worked for the C and O Railroad in Ashland, Kentucky, and was there during the 1963 merger of the B and O and C and O, when she began purchasing sets like this from the dining car commissary.

-A collection of 1950s Viewmasters with reels spanning many eras.

-Several children's items/toys/plushies/puzzles dropped off by friends.

-A double-wide Kelty sleeping bag (rarely used, freshly laundered).

-Three two-tiered rolling garment racks.
