Grasons uses a sign-in sheet for people arriving before 10AM on the first day of the sale. Once the address goes live at 5am on Thursday, you can sign in and go get coffee, etc....just make sure to be back a little before 10AM. We call you inside in the order you sign the sheet. If you don't sign in early, no worries at all.... once we call in the early signers, you can come on in!
Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc.
