APPOINTMENT ONLY SALE IN JOHNSON CITY Our first appointment only sale, so please be patient with us as we work out the ins and outs.

* The sale is heavy in women's clothing, jewelry, holiday and everyday items. No tools.

* This sale is in a condo community - address will not be released except to those who have an appointment and there will be no visible signage

* We are restricted to 3 cars at a time - you can have as many people in the car as you would like

* Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning will not have a change of price.

* Discount day will start on Saturday at 1 pm - you will not be able to sign up for that until after Friday closes. We will change the pictures on the listing on Friday, so you will know what is available still.

* You will have 45 minutes to shop, so be on time for your appointment. 10 minutes to check out and then to load. There will be someone there to assist you in loading

* All furniture unless it is a small piece MUST be picked up on Monday or Tuesday evening at a set time.

Those who live in the complex will be able to come and go as they wish without an appointment. (We don't have to worry about their vehicle)

Sign-up sheet with time slots  will begin onsite of our Elizabethton sale at 12:30 pm on October 16th and run all 3 days (October 16 - 18) You will signup at 121 Clark Drive, Johnson City, TN 37601

After that, you will need to contact us via texting or calling at 423-342-5911 We will return these messages in the order in which received (you must leave a message)

You will be contacted with the address and specifics the week of the sale

WE SUGGEST YOU CARPOOL! Our limit has to do with the amount of cars on the complex  ~ not the amount of people inside the condo ~
