We have a few spots left for Thursday. You can call and request a time for Friday, which is now a half off day for most items. If you leave a message or text, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Always better to catch one of us. We will start up with appointment calls at 9 Tuesday! 423-657-8977

Due to HOA parking restrictions, this Waypoint Estate Sales event will be appointment-only. We can allow only five cars on the property at a time, so we appreciate your patience and encourage carpooling whenever possible. We will give instructions when you make your appointment.

This will be a relaxed, organized shopping experience with small groups, giving everyone time to browse without the usual crowds.

Sale Dates and Hours

Thursday, March 19: 9-3

Friday, March 20: 11-5 (50% off most items)

Each appointment block includes:

• 40 minutes to shop

• 20 minutes to check out and exit

This schedule allows us to maintain parking limits and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Only one appointment per car.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment so everyone gets their full shopping window. Clock begins at your appointment time. No extensions.

• When appointment slots are full, they are full.
