All items must be removed NLT 2:00 PM on Saturday.
YOU MUST HAVE MOVING HELP TO MOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AS WE WILL BE ASSISTING OTHERS DURING THE SALE. We do have a couple of numbers of independent contractors that will help you for a fee. They may not be on site. They do not work for Blue Moon Estate Sales.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before. Numbers will be given out at the Welcome Sign one hour prior to opening to determine who enters first.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.

Are you ready to have some fun? This gorgeous home just off of Northshore has 3 stories of treasure - 4 if you count the full sized attic and we sure do because that's where all the toys are (and there's more coming out of storage!). American Girl, Barbie, Nerf, Kinex and Matchbox are a few of the brands of kids' toys, both vintage and new in box. The basement is where you'll find big kid toys including a Tournament Choice Foosball Table, Harvard Air Hockey Table, Stiga Ping Pong Table and gym equipment including a Pelaton bike and a Marcy MWM-988 Home Gym! There's also men's and women's golf clubs, tennis rackets, bicycles and dozens of board games and puzzles.
There is also gorgeous furniture by Henredon, decor, kitchen gadgets, fashion accessories and artwork by Guy Cohleach and Ron Kirham. Keep an eye out for new additions as boxes are opened and things arrive from storage.
