1. Signed Original Watercolor by Robert Tino. It is a beautiful Smokey Mountain scene with wildflowers. Triple matted in a pretty got frame. 52″ wide x 40″ tall. Artist info on back. Very good overall condition other than the back that has some mildew on the back.
2. Handknitted Oriental Wool Rug 8’0 x 10′. In very good overall condition with just a bit of wear on edges. It has seen light traffic in the formal living room.
3. Three Cushion Sofa with Pin Stripe Upholstery with rounded arms and back rest. 7′ wide x 35″ deep x 35″ tall. There are a couple of smudges, though overall great shape.
4. Nice Upholstered Arm Chair with Tufted Back with White and Blue Colors. It has turned front legs on casters. There are arm covers and overall great condition. 32″ wide x 35″ deep x 38″ tall.
5. Antique Oak Three Quarter Size Bed Frame with Full Size Mattress. The headboard is 6’2″ tall and made from real oak planks with leaves and other carved elements on the top rail. The footboard has a thick round beam across the top. Both pieces are 57″ wide and the rails are set 55″ apart. The mattress is relatively new and clean with a pillow top. Bought at Sam’s. Comes with metal mattress frame.
6. Attractive Tall Brass Candlestick Lamp with Roseart Shade. Stands 32″ including the finial. Great condition.
7. Fine Vintage Secretary by Hickory Chair. It is solid mahogany with four drawers in the base and a drop down front. The front has good hinges and pull out supports underneath. Inside there is a wee door, eight cubbies and four drawers. The upper section has two drawers adjustable wide and narrow shelves. It is topped with a broken arch pediment with pine cone finial. 38″ wide x 19″ deep when closed x 92″ tall. Really beautiful condition. The inside has amazing details.
8. Mahogany One Drawer Table with Pretty Brass Pulls. 26: wide x 17″ deep x 26″ tall. It has straight legs and a serpentine skirt.
9. Sharp Aquos 26″ Flat Screen TV Model LC-26GA5U. It is a liquid crystal TV with speakers on the side. Powers on though no controller at this time.
10. Oversized Arm Chair with Ottoman. It is beige with a bit of wear ottoman. The chair is 49″ wide x 40″ deep x 32″ tall. The arms have a bit of wear on the edges and seat. The ottoman is 28″ x 49″.
11. Ten Drawer Chest with Burlwood and Flyspeck Finish by Henredon in the Aston Court Line. It is oak with possible other wood as two tones on the front with fancy batwing drawer pulls and faux key covers. 70″ wide x 20″ deep x 35″ tall. Very nice condition.

12. Elegant Mirror with a Double Row of Molding. Manufactured by LeBarge and it has sturdy hooks on the back where it can be hung horizonal or vertical. 25″ x 39″. Good overall condition.
13. Wood Trim Three Cushion Soda with Basketweave Pattern in Cream Upholstery. 7’2 x 34″ deep x 29″ tall. Good clean condition with a few smudges.
14. Lot of Seven Black Wood Arm Chairs with Gray Textured Upholstery. They are a formal style with heavy wood in good solid condition. They have modified Queen Ann legs. 24″ wide x 26″ deep x 43″ tall. All in good shape with just a few minor bumps to the finish.
15. Oriental Style Machine Made Rug 7’11 x 11’4. The colors are pinks, blues, cream and greens. There is light wear with a few light stains.

22. PAIR of Beautiful Lamp Bases with Handpainted Vase Bodies. The vases have gold handles with pretty flower wreaths wrapping around. They are on black and gold wood bases. 18″ tall. They need a plug added back to the wired cord.
23. Hand Blown Art Glass Vase with a Clear Three Footed Base and Lovely Green Body. 13.5″ tall with no chips or cracks.
24. Fitz and Floyd Santa Cookie Jar. He is dated 1996 in very good condition with no chips or cracks.

27. Oak Dining Table with Eight Windsor Chairs by Nichols and Stone. 60″ long without leaves and there are two 13″ leaves. Max length of 86″. It is 51″ wide x 30″ tall. There is light wear on the ends and arms of two captain chairs. Overall good sturdy condition.
28. Toshiba 36″ Flatscreen TV with Vizo Soundbar. TV is model 39L1350U. In good working condition. There are remotes for both.
29. Faux Mohair Chair on Folding Base. Super fuzzy. 38″ diameter and clean though a bit dusty.
30. White Wicker Rocking Chair with Blue Plaid Cushion. 29″ wide x 29″ deep x 37″ tall. Rocker is in good condition overall.
31. Bentwood Arm Chair and Ottoman with Blue and White Upholstery. The chair is deep and cozy. 35″ wide x 30″ deep x 31″ tall. The print is blue coral and the bentwood is painted off white in good physical shape with a flakes.
32. White Wicker Child’s . 17″ wide x 20″ deep x 24″ tall. Wicker and paint are in good shape.
33. Modern White Roll Top Desk with Three Drawers in the Base. 32″ wide x 19.5″ deep x 45″ tall. Good solid and clean on outside. There is some sticky substance and scuffs on inner desk compartments.
34. White Wicker Rocker with Yellow Floral Cushions. It has unquail features for wicker like the wings along the top of the back rest. Good shape with no breaks and good paint. 31″ wide x 33″ deep x 40″ tall.
35. Bentwood Sofa with Blue Coral Pattern Upholstery. This is a match to #31. Good overall shape. 80″ wide x 30″ deep x 31″ tall.
36. Elegant Burl Oak Framed Mirror with Gold Medallion by Henredon. It has a beveled mirror with a gold painted rim inside the burl oak frame. It has lots of cut out and carving. 54″ tall x 30″ wide. It may be a match for #11.
37. Beautiful Hardwood Oval Dining Table with 10 Chairs, Leaves and Pads. It is a 69″ oval with no leaves. Comes with two 15″ leaves and corresponding pads. The chairs have turned spindles and round finials on top. Two captain chairs and eight side chairs. Looks like it was used with care. The one issue is the wood skirt panel one end has popped loose. It needs to be reattached.
38. Piece #1 of Wall Unit by Harden. It is a curio with blind doors in bottom and glass doors with grids on top. The wood looks like maple with intentional distressing. It has three thick adjustable shelves and two lights inside. There is one wooden shelf in bottom. 34″ wide x 22″ deep x 80″ tall.
39. Piece #2 of Wall Unit by Harden. It is a full front bookshelf with five adjustable shelves. It is maple with intentional distressing. It is 34″ wide x 14″ deep x 80″ tall.
40. Piece #3 of Wall Unit by Harden. Bookshelf and three drawer base unit combination. 34″ wide x 80″ tall. The base unit is 29″ and the bookshelf with three glass shelves is the rest of the height. It has maple with intentional distressing.
41. PAIR of Freestanding Corner Units by Harden. These match the other pieces previously listed. 15″ x 15″ x 80″ tall. Both sides have paneled sections and round medallions at the top so they can be used indecently or used with the other pieces. There is a right and left side with inverted shelves. Distressed finish in maple.
42. Four Drawer Queen Anne Cherry Flatware Chest. It has Queen Anne legs and pretty drop pulls. It is in good overall condition. 25″ wide x 15.5″ deep x 36″ tall. It has little inserts so you can make compartments if you wish. Well kept!!
43. Stickily Vintage Harvest Dining Table with Extra End Leaves. Appears to be made of cherry with two, two legged supports. 7′ long x 40″ wide x 30.5″ tall. Comes with two 15″ leaves that attach to either end. Super solid with a good overall finish.
44. Set of Lido Pattern China by Haviland USA. The set includes 10 dinner plates; 8 bread & salad; 8 cups & saucers; three small bowls; sugar and oval serving tray with bowl. They all have pretty wee blue flowers with silver and gold accents. Good condition with no chips. The decoration is all in good shape.
45. Set of Delia Villeroy and Boch. Includes 12 dinner plates; 5 salad plates; 1 bread plate; 5 small bowls; cream & sugar; four cups & 5 saucers; three serving pieces.
46. Cute Victorian Eastlake Upholstered Bench. It has round turned legs on the front and spindles on the back. It has an upholster seat and back. All in good sturdy clean condition. 33″ wide x 24″ deep x 34″ tall.
47. Two Large Red Easy Chairs. The arms roll outwards and the upholstery feels like a suede and changes color when you rub it one way or another. 48″ wide x 37″ deep x 36″ tall. Good and sturdy with a few specks.
48. Queen Size Bed with Maple Headboard. The mattress is by Serenity mattress in good condition. There is a mattress topper and it includes the linens.
49. PAIR of Drexel Bookshelf and Cabinets. The one shown on the left has glass doors on the top and bottom with a single drawer in center. It has glass shelves and lights inside. The other piece has paneled doors below the drawer and an open front bookcase with adjustable wooden shelves. There are no lights. they each measure 36″ wide x 16″ deep x 80″ tall. Good solid condition intentionally distressed finishes.
50. Wall Unit by Harden. It is a full front bookshelf with five adjustable shelves. It is maple with intentional distressing. It is 34″ wide x 14″ deep x 80″ tall. This matches 38 through 41.
51. End of Bed Bench with Striped Upholstery. It has a trestle base with square legs. 16″ x 30″ x 20″ tall.
52. Uncut Sheet of 32 $2 Bills in Frame. These are Bicentennial issued from the Federal Bank of Atlanta. They have relatively high serial numbers. It has a COA on the back.
53. Signed Original Watercolor of a Mountain Lion by S Moore. Single matted in a nice wood frame. 23″ x 25″.
54. Signed Framed Number Print by Robert Tino Titled ‘To Grandmother’s House We Go’ #879 of 950. Triple matted and housed in a oak frame. 24″ x 33″.
55. Great Lot of Local School Annuals from the 50’s and 60’s. Includes West High School 1950, 1952 and 1953. UT 1954, 1955, 1957, 1958 and UT Medical School 1960, 1961 and 1962.
56. Winners Only Solid Oak Executive Desk. It has seven drawers, paneled front and sides. There is beautiful wood grain on the top. 60″ wide x 33″ deep x 30″ tall. Very nice condition.
57. Oak Two Drawer Lateral File Cabinet. It is 35.5″ wide x 22″ deep x 30″ tall. The drawers have good glides, plus the file frame and good handles and label slots on front. There is a lock though we do not have a key.
58. Sweet Watercolor Signed Sterling. It is double matted in a two toned wood frame. 13.5 x 17.5″. Nice condition.

60. Antique Camel Back Sea Chess. It is black with stamped metal sections between the wooden straps. It has good hinges and a brace, though the leather handles have gone on the outside. It still has the drop in tray and original lining. 26″ wide x 16″ deep x 17″ tall.
61. Ethan Allen Nightstand with One Drawer. It has serpentine edges on the top and cabriolet legs. There is also an undershelf. 23″ wide x 17″ deep x 25″ tall.

63. Lovely Oriental Lamp with Lovebirds and Pleated Shade. The vase shaped body sits on a carved wood base. It has a single light fixture and in good working condition. The pleated shade is also in good condition. 25″ tall.
64. Pretty 12″ Diameter Table with Three Tiers. It has three round turned columns that hold the three tiers in place. 39″ tall. In very good condition.
65. Forest Green Leather Chair and Ottoman by Bradington Young. The leather on the chair and ottoman are in good shape with a couple of loose stitches on one arm. There is also something amiss with the recline mechanism, as it just lies flat and foes not hold sitting up.
66. Cheerful Two Cushion Floral Sofa by Ethan Allen. 90″ wide x 36″ deep x 36″ tall. It is clean has nice arm covers and looks like it has not see a lot of use. The sofa is located upstairs, please bring help to move.
67. Vintage Bench Upholster Love Seat. The upholstery is floral with burgundy, green, blues and cream colors. The wood frame is nice and sturdy. 47″ wide x 22″ deep x 39″ tall.
68. Antique Rocking Chair with Pretty Carved Frame with Dusty Rose Colored Upholstery. 21″ wide x 24″ deep x 32″ tall. Good and sturdy with a bit of wear to the finish on the arms.
69. Country Style Book Case with Dark Teal Paint and Cream Shelves and Back Panel. 38″ x 13.5″ 72″. There are four shelves with plate grooves. Very cute and clean condition.
70. King Size Mattress Set with Carved Wooden Frame. The Box frame is a dual and the mattress is a pillow top by Sealy Venice Beach. The box frame is by relexion. The carved frame is gorgeous in a Chippendale style. It is unattached and no Hollywood frame. Look at tag photos for Hollywood frames.
71. Ethan Allen Two over Two Drawer Chest with Separate Wall Mirror. Appears to be mahogany wood. The chest is 40″ wide x 18″ deep x 33″ tall. The mirror is 22″ wide x 46″ tall. The mirror needs a wire on the back otherwise great condition.
72. Antique Unpainted Wicker Chair with Bentwood Arms. It has a yellow floral cushions that matches item #34. 44″ wide x 28″ deep x 32″ tall. Good overall condition.
73. Cross Stitch Art Work of Lighthouses and a Seagull by Monie Moore. Single matted and in a wood frame with fly specking. 21″ x 26.5″.
74. Signed Original Painting Titled ‘She Shall Have Music by Susan Mink Colclough. Nicely framed in a textured frame. 18″ x 23″.
75. Vintage Apple Mini Computer and Monitor in Working Condition. The mini computer is an extremal drive model A1283 from 2008. Monitor is 24″ model A1267. You can use the monitor with a laptop as well. Powers on with lots of software and you can surf with it.
76. Adorable Pair of Gobel’s Hummels. Easter time with two wee girls and a bunny dating from 1971. The other is Blessed Event from 1992 and signed by artist.
77. Vintage Alan Johnson Eskimo Figurines. We have Martha from 1962 and Tollie from 1979. Handpainted and in great condition. Both signed on the bottom.
78. Fisher Price Wooden Circus from 1962. Includes the Ringmasters clowns, animals, Baby Jumbo, ladders, the circus rings, and so much more fun. All in played with condition.
79. Barbies Country Dream Home with 26 Dolls. We are unsure if all dolls are related to Barbie. The country dream home needs a wee roof repair. Some of the dolls need a bit of surgery.
80. Signed Original Watercolor of the ‘Flower Market’ by Alice Clayton. It is single matted in a metallic frame. 24″ x 30″.
81. Lovely Signed Framed Print of Wildflowers by Diane Johnson. It is very nicely frame with inner border and beaded gilt frame. Signed bottom left and numbered 583 of 950.
82. Signed Framed Original Watercolor of a House and White Picket Fence by Shari Moore. It is double matted and housed in a dark wood frame. 32″ wide x 27″ tall.
83. Signed Original Watercolor of UT Basketball and Football by Gratz. The football image shows the team coming out of the locker room. The basketball shows #44 taking a shot! The football image is single matted in a wood frame and measures 23″ x 26″. The basketball comes with a matt and is unframed. It measures 20″ x 24″.
84. Vintage Print of Church of the Ascension by Ruth Windsor-Mann. It is dated 1995. comes with a nice mat and nice frame. 22″ x 22″
85. Kitchen Aid Classic White Blender with Accessories. Model K45SS.
86. Belleek Irish Teapot with no chips or cracks and lots of cute shamrocks.
87. Handsome Heavy Brass Ships Bell Barometer by Chelsea Clock of Boston. It is round with a wall mount and wooden stand.
88. Multi Stone Statue of a Eskimo Carrying a Seal. It appears to be made of five or six shades of marble. It depicts an Eskimo man in black boots in gray pants carrying a seal on his back and a gun over one shoulder. He has a pack over the other shoulder. It says ‘Artic” on the bottom though we do not find any other signature. One of the strings holding the seal has come loose. 11″ tall. Very good condition with a few minor scuffs.
89. Electronics Lot with Denon Surround Receiver and RCA VCR. The Denon is model AVR-4308CI. The VCR is a VCR Plus Home theatre model.
90. Pretty PAIR of Side Chairs. They are made from hardwood that looks like maple. It has turned legs and braces. Nice and solid. 20″ wide x 22″ deep x 41″ tall.
91. Pretty PAIR of Windsor Side Chairs with pretty domed backs with turned backs, solid seats and spindles. They have round turned legs and braces. They are by Nichols and Stones, dated 1991. 20″ wide x 20″ deep x 37″ tall.
92. Signed Original Painting of a Sailboat Scene by H Penneer, Dated 1904. It is housed in antique gilt frame. 23″ x 38″. In good condition with a few dings. There is a note that states it comes from Holland or Belgium. They purchased the piece in 1967.
93. Sequoyah Park Watercolor by Alice Clayton. It is signed and framed. It has the original price of $500 from the Art Market downtown. It is single matted and housed in a white frame.
94. Signed Original Watercolor of Tulips by Iva Dene Lee Ricketts. This is nicely done, housed in a painted wood frame. 24″ x 33″. There are a few knicks on the frame though art is in good condition.
95. Signed Original Painting by Robert Tino of Dogwoods. It is triple matted in a pretty gold frame. 37″ x 30″. Great condition with artist info on back.

99. Wall Mounted Clock with Curio by Ridgeway in a Solid Wood Case with Fly Speck Accents. The clock has fancy hands and decorative corners. It sits over the mirrored back curio with adjustable shelves inside. We had to shoot it off the wall, so looks awkward. 48″ tall x 14″ wide x 7″ deep.
100. Antique One Drawer Stand with Awesome Turned Legs. It is a beautiful solid wood piece with the Jenny Lind Style super knobby legs. It has original wood knobs on drawer as well. 23″ wide x 18″ deep x 29″ tall.
101. Handsome Walnut Table with One Drawer. It has burl elements, queen Anne legs and a few water rings on top. Otherwise in good solid condition. 18″ wide x 26″ deep x 25″ tall.
102. PAIR of Vincent Van Gogh Posters. The tall narrow one “Fritillaries, Crown Imperial in a Copper Vase. It is in a white frame 27″ x 40″. Starry night in a white frame 25″ x 37”. There is a crack in the plex glass over starry night.
