Purple Plum TWO DAY FARM HOUSE ESTATE SALE! Believe me, this home is packed and we are still pulling out stuff! Hope to see all of you at this sale for so many nice vintage items etc./bargains available and we did not have time to list everything.
Please be cautious when walking, searching, stepping, parking your autos or moving around sale premises etc.
Thanks to all who engaged the rain and made it to the Big Barn sale on January 27, 2024. A lot of good deals were had in spite of bad weather.
Now coming February 03, 2024 is the long awaited farm house 3 level home and it’s packed contents which has a listing of items below . (See Section Items Selling Include but not limited to). We also may open the barn for access to the remaining items being we had several items/equipment/tools/chain link pen and misc. cable chokers, barbed wires, air and electric used tool in the barn tool crib, a Billy Goat type gas block building items i.e. 16’ garage door (a new Overhead Door branded insulated model that is to be sold and you remove). Same for barnwood purchased from the framing/trusses etc. As of this writing and post, we are still entertaining good and fair offers for the Bobcat and Model 909 Backhoe attachment.
THIS Week’s Liquidation Sale Address is: 2120 Tipton Station Road 37920 Saturday February 03, 2024, Saturday from (9am-4pm). Sunday cleanout Power Hours Start-A- Pile is 1pm to 4pm February 4, 2024. Same address where we had the barn sale last weekend. This liquidation sell out event on Saturday and Sunday is for the main house 3 levels and it’s contents. The barn and surrounding lean-tos and a block building with a few items left from last Saturday’s sale. Sale is located just off John Sevier Hwy onto Martin Mill Pike to Tipton Station Road between Alcoa Hwy and Chapman Hwy.

Parking: In front of home along long drive at an angle and if full, continue past the house to some areas again on left when entering property towards/at barn area as will be directed. Watch signs. Do Not USE lower drive on right side of concrete drive as you enter property/home. (It is the left drive if headed out from the property towards Tipton Station Road)
Entrance: Enter house from the front porch during opening time then proceed throughout the house. Don not exit front door upon entering.
Basement: enter stairs inside near kitchen back door, down to lower living areas within basement level.
Exit: Checkout: is through the house to kitchen back door onto deck and down to concrete checkout.
Hold Area -TBD near back door deck concrete drive area.
Tickets: Available as placeholder one hour before sale and are usually located on orange traffic cone at the driveway entrance at Tipton Station driveway turn in. Take next lowest number.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed with your name that we will provide you when you make a pile such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined at check-out.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%.
You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. You will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up as we no longer load items or is very limited based on health. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc.
