NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY. This road is small and parking will be tight and a pain in the rear. You can park on street. But be mindful of residents, driveways an mailboxes. There is a church on the other side of street you can park in lot and walk to house. Will post picture of said lot. 
 

bid can be left on any item $50 or more. Bid forM must be filled out, those are located at the register. 
 

entrance and exit of sale will be done through front door of home.
