All items must be removed NLT 2:00 PM on Saturday.
YOU MUST HAVE MOVING HELP TO MOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AS WE WILL BE ASSISTING OTHERS DURING THE SALE. We do have a couple of numbers of independent contractors that will help you for a fee. They may not be on site. They do not work for Blue Moon Estate Sales.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before. Numbers will be given out at the Welcome Sign one hour prior to opening to determine who enters first.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
11) Enter at your own risk
12) For security reasons, address(es) will be released to the public at midnight on the day of the sale.

This lovely 2 story home has it all, and everything must go! The home itself has beautiful art including 4 framed prints by Ben Hampton, lots of furniture and decor, and vintage china featuring a complete Rosenthal set from the 1950s and an assortment of Hull brown drip glaze dishware. Along with some firearms and pocket knives, we've got lots of modern electronics like a Nintendo Switch and an Oculus Quest 2 and a room full of candle-making equipment and supplies, plus a like-new Husqvarna Designer Brilliance 80 along with bins of quilting supplies. In the three outbuildings, you'll find holiday decor, tools, sporting and camping equipment including 2 canoes and his and hers electric Schwinn bicycles that are less than 2 years old! There's so much more antiques and other treasures we've yet to bring out, so make it a day trip and come on out to Maynardville!
