All Sales Are Final – No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

Items Sold As-Is – All items are sold in their current condition. No guarantees or warranties are made, expressed or implied.

No Early Birds – Entry is not permitted before the advertised start time.

Accepted Payment Methods – We accept Cash, Cash App, and Venmo. Please have your payment method ready at checkout.

Bring Help for Large Items – Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Staff will not assist with loading heavy or bulky items.

Not Responsible for Accidents – Entry is at your own risk. The property owners, organizers, and staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.

Children Must Be Supervised – For safety reasons, children must remain with an adult at all times.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service – Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the property.
