Welcome to our estate sale! We appreciate your business. Please read the following terms before shopping.
Sales
* All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
* All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
* Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

Payment
We accept:
* Cash
* Credit/Debit Cards
* Venmo
Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Item Holds
* We cannot hold merchandise without payment.
* Paid items should be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Pricing
* Prices are firm unless otherwise announced by Brass Estates Sales.
* Discounts, if any, will be announced during the sale.
Shopping Safety
* Customers enter the property at their own risk.
* Brass Estates Sales, the property owner, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen personal items.

* Please watch your step, as many estate sale homes have uneven floors, stairs, and tight spaces.
Children
* Children are welcome but must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
* Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

Large Furniture & Heavy Items
* Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchased furniture and heavy items.
* Please bring adequate help and appropriate vehicles.
* Staff is unable to assist with loading.
Respect the Property
* Please do not enter areas marked "Employees Only" or behind barriers.
* Be respectful of the home and neighboring properties.
* No public restrooms are available unless otherwise noted.
Theft & Shoplifting
* Shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
* Security cameras may be in use.
Item Availability
* While we strive for accuracy, items may sell before online photos or descriptions are updated.
* Availability is not guaranteed until purchased.
Announcements
* Any verbal announcements made by Brass Estates Sales staff during the sale take precedence over printed materials.
