Items MUST be removed from premises by close of sale. Please be prepared to remove your furniture and appliances upon purchase! Bring your own tools. Statements made day of sale take precedence over posted advertisements. Occasionally items must be withdrawn from a sale beforehand. If that happens we will attempt to edit listing before sale.
