The Auctioneer or Auction House are not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale.
Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "SOLD" or upon deliverv to purchaser
Statements made on the day of the auction take
precedence over previous written material
Buyer's Premium is 10% cash. Transaction fee for credit and debit card use and items must be picked up within 3 days of auction.
