All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of
sale & prior to removal from premises.
If a dispute arises between 2 or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resale the item.
All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" the Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller.
The Auctioneer or Auction House are not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale.
Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "SOLD" or upon delivery to purchaser
Statements made on the day of the auction take
precedence over previous written material
Buyer's Premium is 10% cash. Transaction fee for credit and debit card use and items must be picked up within 3 days of auction.
