-Staff is onsite to carry items for you to the holding section. We ask that all items sent to holding section be purchased.

-Staff onsite can not assist in moving furniture and other heavy items. Please bring help moving.

-Prices are not given out before sale begins, thanks for understanding.

-We accept cash, all major cards(3% FEE), and Venmo (3% FEE). Sorry, no personal checks.

-Discount days: First is full price, 2nd is 25% off, and last day 50% off priced items. Solid gold items are excluded from discount. Discount does not apply to any items that are not priced.

-Please pay attention to parking signs. Please see attendant, they will help you park in the yard. No parking in neighbors driveways/yards

-Do not block driveways, mailboxes and trash cans.

-All sold items must be off of the property by the close of sale on Sunday.
