🚗 Parking Info: If you don’t have an appointment and prefer to walk in, you’re welcome to park in the grassy patch near the top of the driveway. For safety, please come around :30 after the hour or call/text when you arrive to see if the driveway is clear before heading down. The driveway is narrow and one-way — thank you for helping us keep it smooth for everyone!

– Please bring help and appropriate transportation for large/heavy items

Parking & Pickup Info: Please use caution when entering — the driveway is long, narrow, and gravel. Do not exceed 5 mph. Parking will follow a one-way loop: once on the property, park in the same direction as others to allow for an easy exit around the house and back to the main road. Larger vehicles or trailers are welcome but may have limited maneuverability, so please plan accordingly.

For large item pickups:

If you pre-purchase an item and wish to pick it up before the sale, midweek pickup can be arranged by appointment. Otherwise, large item pickups will be scheduled for Sunday afternoon, with limited availability for Monday if needed. Text 865-307-1972 to coordinate. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!
