parking! Please do not park in the driveway. You can park on the property in the grass. There will be signs. 

This is a living estate sale for the Batterbury family, They have transitioned into a senior assisted living facility. We will host a 2 day sale with discount on the last day! Sale will start on Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 50% off 10am-3pm. 
in this estate sale you will find kitchen items, small appliances and large. Pryex Fire king, revere ware, flatware, plate ware, dining room table and China hutch, antique rocking chair. Bedroom furniture, office furniture, you will find linens, and clothing for women and men. Some shoes. You will find John Deere Riding mower, craftsman air compressor, hand tools, pressure washer, stihl chainsaw and weedeater. Craftsman wrenches and socket sets.

entrance and exit will be done through the garage.
